I was born and raised in Texas.  I grew up around Corpus Christi, TX, which is where I first started working out seriously.  My favorite body part to workout is back.  I am married with two children.  My husband, Darrell, has always helped me with my training.  My children are competitive athletes.  My son attends college and my daughter is an honor student and Fitness competitor.

My early years of competition in bodybuilding began in 1986 and I competed through 1990. After taking several years off to raise kids and spend family time, the competition bug bit again in 2001.  Although I was out of competition for ten years, during that time I continued training and gaining quality muscle so that I was able to go up in weight class.

I am a certified personal trainer and dedicated to helping clients reach their individual goals, whether that be losing weight, gaining muscle, or preparing for a specific event or sport.   In addition, I am Registered Massage Therapist, specializing in medical massage and rehabilitation.
